You will need:
• whole wheat noodles
• 2 Handful spinach
• 1- 11/2 cup basil leaves, tightly packed ( I like to do 11/2 cups)
• 1tablespoom minced garlic
• 1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
• 1/3 cup (any milk of your choice)
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup or less) ( I don't lile to use much cheese)
• pepper
Directions:
• Cook your pasta as the box says
• Chop spinach and basil in blender
In a large saucepan
sauté garlic,
grapeseed oil,
milk,
spinach mix
bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally until sauce slightly thickens and remove from heat.
Drain water and add noodles to spinach mix. This is were you can add cheese and pepper if you want.
I found a this recipe in the Dolche diet cookbook I did change a few things.. But that book is amazing..!!
