Swim lessons

Today Payton started swimming lesson at swim to shore in murrieta. it turns out its a mommy and me class well you know what that means.. I had to go in with her.. Payton granny and i got there i got us ready as Payton sat there waiting for her class to start there was a little boy screaming crying saying he didn't want to do it he wanted out. after him screaming for 15 minutes they let him out. Finally right..? Before class you have to rinse off we did that then headed over to meet with the group.
We get in and they had Payton just get familiar with the water and see how things go. She was alright not to sure we then sang the wheels on the bus song and went into to having them kick.. well Payton didn't care for that much.. it got worse they said put her on her back haha that wasn't her favorite.. she hated it.. why for one second did I think she wouldn't mind it.. SHE DID.. she never cried once which I thought was pretty good but she sure did fight me on the back float just going to hope it gets better.

Wow today at swim class Payton did great.. and we got to show nana and papa what it was all about. We got there got rinsed off for the class. We sang our songs and floated on our backs which Payton did a little better on her back this class but she really isn't that much of a fan. We then broke up into sessions and one of Payton's favorites were sticking her head under water to get the animals off the step. The other was jumping off the side into my arms. She liked the monkey walk but definatly wasn't one of her favorite. Oh and how could i forget the teacher wanting to dunk her under water and me not liking it very much but she did it and Payton totally held her breath. She wasn't the happiest when she came up but she did so good. We sang another song and class was about over.. i just couldn't believe the difference just by the second class. We can't wait to se for the third class.
