Letters

I have been meaning to post about the letters I made for Payton's room.. They spell her name.. I went to Joann's and got wooden letters and white paint. I painted the letters white since Payton's room is pink, black and white. I bought black paint, pink paint that matched perfect, black glitter, damask paper.
I then was deciding how I was going to do each letter. I started with the "P" I did pink polka dots and damask print paper using a little modge podge. Love that stuff. Then I did the "A" I painted the top
Layer black and while the paint was still wet I sprinkled glitter all over the black paint I made sure to sprinkle it so no paint was showing..  Next was letter "Y" I took the letter I painted white and put polka dots on the it. Next was letter "T" I took the letter and placed it on the damask paper tracked it and modged lodged the paper to the letter. Next was "O" same steps at letter A next was "N" same steps as I did for letter P. Then I let dry for a few days and Corey hung them above a door in her room. I absolutely love how cute they look.
